For the cost of the stay and name brand hotel. Very disappointing. The only good part was the breakfast, poolside and dinner staff who were very attentive with excellent customer service. Lack of vegetarian options at the buffet restaurant. Next time I would stick to Jumeirah Beach hotel!

We had the sublime service of Rahul who not only upgraded us to the largest suite in the hotel (which was perfect given large travelling group) but helped us organise many events. The resort was in excellent condition and provided plenty of options for food and activities.

It was our third visit to the hotel. We travelled with extended family who were celebrating a birthday. We confirmed decorations for their room upon arrival but these were placed in the wrong room. Reception were also reluctant to place a debit card on the room which caused lots of hassle with half board drinks charges which were not explained to us on arrival. In addition, there were delays when reception tried to book a tennis court for us. Housekeeping missed cleaning our room entirely on some days. The facilities, pool & restaurant service were exceptional as per our previous visits but the housekeeping & reception standards have slipped.

You can’t fault it in anyway. However because it’s a little more expensive you feel like you have to just stay in hotel or by beach to justify cost. It’s good for people with young children that just want hotel based with excellent facilities. Good for couples.
