I don’t like to give bad reviews but I don’t want anyone else to book here, I was fooled by good reviews, room is big and staff are lovely, however the place doesn’t worth it , the air conditioning was very loud and I have been told this is the way it works , also at night I couldn’t sleep because of the club sounds, although I have been told it is in first floor I stayed at 6th floor and I felt the sound as noisy as it was in the next room. My experience was just terrible and I will never book again here !

When we arrived, they weren’t ready for us to check in, and after waiting for two hours, they gave us a room. They said they had to connect two small beds to make a double bed. After they charged an additional price for tax. When we entered the room, it smelled of cigarettes everywhere and was infested with many insects. Their club was terrible, and the club attendants (Egyptian ones) were very rude. This hotel is a nightmare. Stay away!!!

The hotel was reasonably priced, but the service was poor. The front desk clerk had an attitude when I simply wanted to clarify a question. He asked to see my booking number, and I told him my name. He raised his voice and demanded my booking number.My key card wasn’t working, which was a bit annoying, but the room was spacious and clean. This hotel is a good option for a business trip, as it’s conveniently located near the market and airport. However, be aware that the downstairs club and lounge can be noisy at night.

Hi, das Zimmer was ich bekommen habe war nicht richtig sauber, das Hotel war allgemein sehr schlecht,nur das Personal vom Restaurant waren seriös, die Reinigungskräfte waren sammelten sich immer im Flur und haben sich zu laut unterhalten und sehr laut gelacht. Das schlimmste war der Night Club genau im Erdgeschoss, jeden Nacht von 20 Uhr bis 4:00 morgen früh lief Musik, es war so laut dass ich im 6 Stock nicht schlafen konnte, ich bin sehr unzufrieden und möchte bitte wenigstens ein Teil von meinem Geld zurück bekommen.
