Beautiful hotel and wonderful service! This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The hotel is attached to a beautiful mall and is so convenient with lots of restaurants, stores and pharmacies and more! The staff in the hotel is exceptional! 10/10

Had some problems with the cooling system in the room and informed the front desk. this is a smart hotel, the room temp was 23.5, we set it to 19 but the temp did not move. Room comfort was affected by this. the front desk keep apologising. was not asking for an apology, just wanted to if they can fix it and explain why it happened. this hotel is relatively new. they offered a room change but it was not possible for us because it would required us to repacked the luggages so that we can move. Already jetlagged and tired, changing room was not a preferred option.

Handicapped shower was awful. Shower head wouldn't adjust. Water splashed everywhere. It needs be enclosed, and floor was too slippery. Needs either floor mat, or a non-slip surface. Music choice around swimming pool was awful. It was just repetitive noise. not relaxing, just annoying. Thermostat needs calibrating, it was way too cold, and wouldn't adjust. Room 806.
