Great place to relax and unwind on the private beach. Excellent choice of food in the buffet. We had breakfast and lunch all very very good. A little out and away from the main parts of Dubai on the Palm, however its really easy to travel by taxi to the main attractions. Only around £9 one way to the Dubai Marina Mall and around £18 one way to the Dubai Mall. Makes it a great place to stay. This time of year the breeze made the temperature bareable and with the addition of the cooler swimming pool you can certainly cope with the heat. All the staff go out of their way to help you.

This hotel is exceptional, boasting a beautiful setting and excellent ambiance. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, with the children particularly captivated by the amenities. The swimming pool, beach, and palm-tree views were truly outstanding. Thank you guys! Chris, Timothy, doormans, kitchen assistants --> you guys are awasome! And especially, the staff who helped and played with my 3 years son in the kids swimming pool (I apologise that can't remember his name) You guys are so helpful and friendly!!! The hotel provided excellent accommodation, food, beach and pool facilties. The hotel was easily accessible by taxi to get to any place. It also provided free shuttle to Emirates Mall. Staff were friendly and courteous. Helpline gave advice or assistance immediately.

I had a very horrible experience the room that they gave had NO AC working and i kept telling the reception about the problem NO ONE CAME TO MY ROOM TO FIX IT FOR TWO DAYS ! And on the third day they changed my room to a lower standard room ( THEY DOWNGRADED MY ROOM) and on top of that the other room was also hot …! And i was on a business trip and I needed to rest at night because i have early morning meetings!

I had an absolutely perfect stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. Overall stay was nice. Unfortunately there was on-going construction in the space opposite the hotel which mean sleep was disturbed on a few of the days, however the staff did offer other rooms during the stay, but the hassle of packing and unpacking again meant that the offer couldnt be taken up, plus the room spec was different to the booked rooms. We booked half board, the food service was generally ok, however with certain dietary requirements it took a lot of effort for our needs ro be understood by the service staff/management. This wasnt shared with the chef's in appropriate time, so we ended up asking and re-asking for the same requirements on most days- that made the experience less positive. The chef Gurpreet Kaur did prepare evening dishes to our needs and her food was delicious. The pastry chef did finally prepare pastries for us for breakfast, but almost half way into the stay which was a shame, although they tasted delicious- the egg-free pastry should be a regular feature. It was a shame that some chefs said they couldnt prepare it first, then within the hour they did... The spa facilities were fairly nice (sauna, steam room, and shower/changing facilities with lockers for valuables). Some spa/salon services being promoted were not available when enquired about, due to staff, so that wasn't as positive. Without the construction, the sea view would be wonderful, and the view of the skyline from the is lovely in the early mornings.

Great stay, attentive staff. They were really willing to help us with a late check out so we could attend Juma prayers. The suite room was incredibly spacious and there was a variety of food options for breakfast. We would definitely stay here again!

he hotel itself was absolutely beautiful, and the service was excellent—friendly, professional, and faultless throughout our stay. There was some building work going on in the surrounding area, so we did hear some construction noise, but this is understandably outside the hotel’s control. One important point to note: the hotel is a dry hotel, meaning no alcohol is served on-site - meaning had to go to near by hotel for an evening drink This wasn’t made clear when booking through Expedia, and I couldn’t find any mention of it on the listing. I believe this should be stated more clearly to help guests set their expectations. Otherwise, a lovely stay overall.

Got there to find a building site facing our room and the started working around 7am which was very annoying.. they did swap our room to the beach side .. bear in mind this building work has just started and may go on for sometime. Quite surprised to be charged for ice to my room should be free . Breakfast very good and beach food excellent as well..

Lovely hotel, great location - note, there is construction working going on at the front of the property at the moment, so recommend getting a Jumeirah Palm view room at the back of the property. Great facilities, spacious rooms and the staff go above and beyond to meet your requests and needs. Highly recommend.
