The hotel is very clean. Rooms are really nice. Most of the staff is friendly.
Here are the negative issues:
1) pillows are not comfortable.
2) during the check-in, I asked the lady for a room at a higher floor since she gave me a room in the fifth floor. She said that I had a very good room. The room was very noisy because it is in front of a bridge. Sound isolation is terrible.
3) on the check-in day, I arrived early at 10:30 AM. They said that the room was available. However, if I want the room before 12:00, I must pay 200 dirhams!! which is equivalent to €50. I argued with the lady and her manager that I’ve never seen something like that in any hotel in the world. However, they insisted on not giving me the room. These people are only oriented to making money. They don’t care about customer satisfaction.
3) I gave them a shirt for dry cleaning at the laundry. I I was going to forget about this shirt. Luckily 48 hours later I remembered before leaving. I called them three times to deliver the shirt. They sent it when I asked, why didn’t you deliver it the same day as per normal standards. The guy told me that they should deliver it when I am in the room because they need to charge me Instantly for it. This is also a very rare and special and annoying situation. They chose how this hotel deals with its customers.
4) breakfast offers a big variety of food. Unfortunately mostly low quality. Check cold cuts and juice (horrible).
I would never ever go again to this hotel.
