4★ - A Luxurious Stay with a Few Hiccups
Overall, we had a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious with stunning views, and the smart TV was a great touch. The breakfast selection was fantastic, although the queues at the cooking stations were a bit long. The pool area and staff were excellent, making our stay very enjoyable.
A special thank you to the team for making my dad’s early 70th birthday celebration extra special with the beautiful room decor and cake on our first night. It was a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated!
On our first night, it was stressful due to our taxi driver driving off with our luggage. While security did not initially notice this, we truly appreciate Sama’s efforts in resolving the situation, even though it kept us up until 4 AM. That being said, we were pleased to see that security for the rest of our stay was excellent, always ensuring we hadn’t left anything behind in taxis and being much more attentive.
One area that could be improved is the cleaning service. A little extra attention to detail in this area would have made the experience even better.
On a more positive note, our heartfelt thanks to Chef Rohit for preparing Sabudana Khichdi and Jeera Aloo for us while we were fasting for Mahashivratri. His kindness and attention to detail were much appreciated, and the food was delicious.
