It was nice they gave us a room for early check in at 12 noon Location was 10 mins away from Dubai Mall with traffic

We had an amazing experience at the hotel , the staff very friendly helpful , the hotel is very clean , the dinning options very very good . The spa is great the staff there very very professional I enjoyed my two days at the spa and so relaxing and so clean over there .

The service by all staff- restaurant, front office, housekeeping, was exemplary! Was blown away by it. the hotel was beautifully kept. Foodwise, only had breakfast at the hotel, which in turn was ok.
