Our room was spotless. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They even put balloons and provided a cake for my daughters birthday. The breakfast was delicious, and a beautifully clean restaurant. Thank you for making our first time in Dubai so special. Sam on front desk has such a welcoming smile, in fact all the staff do.

While the hotel has a beautiful property, clean rooms, great views, and excellent amenities like breakfast, my stay was unfortunately disappointing in several ways. The wifi was down on arrival, which caused me to miss important meetings, and the reception staff were unhelpful when I raised concerns. Phone calls to reception or housekeeping often went unanswered, and requests—like an iron—were not fulfilled despite multiple follow-ups. Additionally, some amenities like the steam room and sauna were out of order. Overall, the hotel has potential, but my experience did not meet the expectations of a true 5-star stay.

Room was a good size, with a nice view. The location was great. Staff were friendly. But despite paying for a better room with a Burj Khalifa view, our room was really noisy impacting sleep, both with the bar and reception below us, plus rattly adjoining doors and fellow guest shouting at 2-3am in the morning.
