Rooms are spacious but need more cleaning as far as floors and toilet seat. There is hair of previous guests and stains on toilet seats. Also breakfast was limited and they literally forced me to pay for the breakfast. After i told them i am not checking out yet and i will pay at check out, they called 2 times while i was having breakfasts telling me to pay and sent someone to the door as if i was some thief running away even though i have tab open and will pay at check out.literally arugues with me at the foor to pay now and not at check out. Most annoying and disrespectful manner ever

I was terrified one night when at 1 am someone made several attempts to open my door I notified the front desk immediately and was told that they will find out and get back to me asap However no one got back to me So I called the next day and asked them for the update, again was told that they will check with security and update me. Unfortunately nothing happened and no updates given. This is pathetic and I feel insecure to book this hotel again . I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The property is on the waterfront side of the canal with limited transport access. The staff was great ordering taxis for me but it was hard to go anywhere without a long taxi ride in heavy traffic. The area around the hotel on one side has heavy traffic and noise, on the other side is construction that starts early in the morning and is noisy. The facilities are pleasant and the staff if very helpful and cheerful I thought I was getting half board, it turned out I could choose to have lunch or dinner in other hotels owned by the same company and I tried several other places, however the food was pretty much the same. I would think twice about staying at the hotel again because of its inconvenient location and then limited facilities, there was a nice little pool but no hot tub, I used the gym once but the bar bells were too big for me and the bicycle didn't fit me. The staff and the cleanliness of the hotel were the two best aspects.

A Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! My wife and I stayed at this hotel for five days and had a truly pleasant experience. The room was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and offered excellent comfort. The shower was refreshing, and the bedding was top-notch—soft, cozy, and perfect for a good night’s sleep. The staff were consistently helpful and kind, always ready to assist with a smile. Their warm hospitality made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location is another highlight—very accessible, with shops, restaurants, and attractions all within easy reach. It made exploring the area effortless and enjoyable. The only area that could use improvement is the breakfast. While it was decent, we felt it lacked variety and could benefit from better taste and more options. Overall, our experience was excellent, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service.
