BEAUTIFUL hotel!! All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel breakfast was AMAZING! The omelette/egg station made your eggs any way you requested. There were lots of options to choose from. My favorite was the freshly squeezed orange juice and fresh apple juice. The Chinese restaurant in tbe hotel had delicious food also.

Every time we have travelled to Dubai we stay at Shangri-La..the service itself is absolutely exceptional. The staff really make this stay worthwhile and it is like a home away from home. Love the food choices and the distance from everything. Definitely recommend and wouldn't choose any other hotel when we stay in Dubai!! Thanks to the Shangri-La team esp those in Horizons :)

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Honestly not a single negative thing to say about this place if you’re looking for a family friendly hotel this is for you. I’d also like to mention the doormen who were very helpful and attentive. 10/10 service. Looking forward to staying here again.

This is a fantastic hotel in a great location with clear view of the Burj Khalifa. Transportation is easy with metro stop nearby and taxi/ride-share vehicles alway nearby as well. The service is impeccable and there are plenty of amenities. Me and my wife loved our stay and would stay there again in the future.

An Exceptional stay at The Shangri-La hotel Dubai

From the moment we arrived, the service at the Shangri-La Hotel was nothing short of outstanding. The team could not have done more for us if they tried. We never once had to open a door or press an elevator button ourselves — every detail of our stay was thoughtfully taken care of. They kindly froze ice packs for my medication, which was greatly appreciated, and when they learned it was my birthday, they surprised us with an upgraded room. To make the day even more special, they sent a beautiful gluten-free birthday cake and balloons to our room — such a thoughtful and personal touch. Every single member of staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The hotel itself is stunning, and the location is simply fabulous. We cannot recommend the Shangri-La Hotel highly enough and will definitely stay again.

Staff at the Shangri-la Dubai are second to none. Anything we needed they would bend over backwards to help. They even brought my wife a complimentary dessert on her birthday. On top of all that the hotel was always spotless inside and out. I would highly recommend staying here.
