Absolutely loved my time at the hotel, lovely professional staff, hospitality, excellent menu choices, A big one for me is the staff, the cleanliness of the environment. A big thank you to the porter and door man, I’m forgetting his name, his a bit elderly and his name starts with K, he always had a smile, worked so hard, in the hot weather and conditions, awesome job indeed his efforts never go unnoticed at all

The hotel is conveniently located near downtown Dubai and we got free upgrade to a room with Burj Khalifa view which was fantastic. The room was beautiful, clean and quiet. Breakfast had a wide variety of food. Snacks at afternoon tea and happy hour were also delicious. The hotel is at the right size so the lobby, restaurants, and other public areas are not too crowded. What impressed us the most is the friendly staff and service. Every staff member we encountered was extremely friendly and attentive. We were very pleased with Ethan Sun (Fengchao Sun) and Daphne Du (Ying Du) who went above and beyond to help guests feel like home. They provided advices and shared tips to help us optimize our itinerary and experience. They truly showcased the superior level of hospitality at Shangri-La. My family had a wonderful stay, and my kids would only want to stay at Shangri-la for our next travel!

I recently stayed at Shangri-La Dubai and had a wonderful experience. The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of service, comfort, and location. An important business partner came to visit me one morning during my stay. We met in the lobby lounge. He happened to bring a cup of Starbucks coffee. A staff member approached and advised that it was policy that he could not have the coffee from the outside. I believe that is a terrible policy when guests are paying lots of money to stay in the establishment.
