Excellent hotel. The staff are very helpful and professional. They were very quick to respond with any requests. The breakfast was delicious and had many options. The metro is very close- about a 2 minute walk. The room was very nice, with a very comfortable bed. I would definitely stay here again.

The suite was quite good, location is great as there is a metro station 2 mins away and it’s also close to the airport and to downtown. However the pool is really small, the pictures online give you a false impression.

Ample rooms with kitchenette and great views of the financial district. Conveniently located and only 1 min walking to the nearest metro station

The hotel was very clean and staffs very helpful. Shopping was very convenient and walking distance. Around the hotel was very safe and walkable. I am highly recommended.

Overall quite good! Excellent pool, service, view to die for! One minor issue with restaurant that was professionally resolved and much appreciated. That said we were surprised that the food and restaurant at the towers Rotana across the road was better (we stayed there last time) but that more than balances out with what Rayhaan has better. Would I stay at Rayhaan again? Yes!

I had my birthday while I was in there and they were fantastic ! They surprised me with a birthday cake and a card when I came back from the beach and they also decorated my bed with a beautiful red cushion and a runner which said Happy Birthday on it. They went an extra mile!

Lovely, clean, quiet hotel in a great location - metro station is right across the street. Pool and on-site saunas are wonderful. All staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.
