Common areas are a bit tired, but room was clean and comfortable. Noise travels easily between rooms though. Elevator/lifts an issue. Very long waits and rides because there are two systems that serve 64 floors and are not coordinated.

Great hotel. We had room 40 with a Burj Khalifa room and it was amazing. Staff were very good and every request was granted. Only thing is there is a long wait for the lifts and they all don't seem to be running at anyone time. Overall a great stay.

Great location for the RTA. Good, large rooms with large fridge and microwave. Good amenities, twin room had two double beds, very clean, great staff. Breakfast was good. Food at restaurant and poolside very good. The two things to consider are the shower is over a very high bath, which for someone of my height was difficult to get into and the lifts took forever to come and sometimes they were already full.

Got a room on 43rd floor which was really nice with views. Service was excellent. Wide varieties of selection in breakfast which was included. Good part for me was as I travelled from Canada there was Timmy downstairs :D

The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, causing people to rush to the stairwell. We had to run down from the 19th floor, and we were not informed that it was a false alarm—as they claim—until families had already reached the reception. It was an extremely miserable night.

Staff interaction was very positive, especially Chandan in the ding room where we met him both at breakfast and dinner. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The hotel is in a great spot for transport and the Museum of the Future. Unfortunately we were on the 51st floor and it was frustrating how long we had to wait for the lift when we wanted to go to breakfast or out for the day. The rooms were spotless as was the hotel. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and the meal we had at O’lio was also good. Every staff member we encountered greeted us with a smile and ‘hello’. We are going back for one night on 31/12/2025 but I would prefer a room where the stairs are an option to the very slow responding lift.

Room was cleaned daily, we traveled with toddlers and really appreciated all the staff especially Mujahid, Mohamed, Moaz, Hazel and many more who were incredible and made us feel welcomed. The buffet was amazing. I will surely return in the future god willing.

Rooms are outdated! I stayed there 10 years ago and nothing changed! Big rooms but so old, staff were helpful! Elevators so full, not all of them were running! I would not stay here again, unfortunately! Key stopped working!
