We loved thus hotel. This is a great familybfriendly hotel with everything a fanily can ask fir, including water slides. The food was great with variety. The lamb was great and my goto. It is a bit away from downtown but there are alway taxi in front. And its onlybaboutba 15 -20 min ride to downtown. We had talha one of the taxi drivers on call and he was great and on time picking us up from our destinations. The pools and beach are very clean and wel kept.One thing that stuck out to me and my was how clean and nice it was. We saw viseos online that dis not do justice to this hotel. In person it was a great modern hotel. Overall we will be coming back to Rui on our next trip back.

We stayed at the Hotel Riu for one week. Overall, it was a good hotel and we enjoyed our stay, but there were a few things we didn’t like: • The bathroom design was not very convenient. The walls were made of glass, so if someone used the toilet or shower at night, the light and shadows were visible in the room, which felt uncomfortable and awkward. • There was an unpleasant sewage smell coming from the bathroom, even though the room itself was clean. • The building looked older than expected. We were told it was only about five years old, but it felt more dated. • The bed linens were very clean, but the chemicals used in the laundry caused skin irritation for us. We ended up buying our own sheets to use. Other than that, everything else was acceptable. Transportation was a bit expensive since the hotel is far from the city, so taxi rides added up quickly. The buffets were good, and we also tried the Lebanese and Italian specialty restaurants. However, they didn’t feel very different from the main buffet—many dishes were repeated and there weren’t many unique options. In general, it was a pleasant stay, but with a few issues that could be improved Also WiFi was good but What’s app and Telegram does not work in Dubai

Our main issue was the water in our walk-in shower didn't drain. Personnel checked on this the first day but didn't resolve it. We assumed it was fixed but it wasn't, and we weren't told anything. When we went to use it again, and it still wasn't working, we had to repeat the process of trying to get it fixed and were then told it would take 2 days to fix. We were moved rooms basically across the resort from our other family members who had been right beside us so that was frustrating/taints my review...
