Not even check in. as was a problem at the reception. I was inform that the hotel has no more longer having contract with hotels.com. How is even possible if no more contracts with hotel.com and the rate still existsting in website online. When I ask for refunabel back facing difficulties as the booking is not refundable. They’re charged me extra if I would take someone in the room room was two people but they said you will pay 200 DHS per night that I payed bad experience. Never pay any extra in Dubai I was traveling Dubai last 10 years
