The hote is excellent clean excellent service from room staff and all staff excluding the bad service from reception they tell us u can take bevreges with accor points from loby,after we took they changed their mind and told us "the rules changed" U see after 3 hours the rules changed Is u tell customer something y have to do So bad reception The palm room its not palm you just see the farden in low floors though we paied alot of money We took ocean which is on road and sea i think its better So dont write palm view So all staf food excellent excludind receptin

Excellent hotel, staff is very nice, food is great as hotel amenities. The only downside is because our room had connecting door to another room where were other guests. This caused to hear them listening music late in evenings.

This was the most amazing experience we have ever had. The staff was so amazing. Henry, Anelka, Rhea, & Ezekiel made our trip such a great pleasure. It was our first time in Dubai and they helped us with making all reservations and our trip just a blast. We celebrated our daughter’s 3rd bday and they made it so special for us. The raffles is underrated not enough reviews you need to really go here and experience you won’t be disappointed one bit. If I could rate this hotel I would do a 15/10. The location is also so perfect located toward the end of the palms it’s away from all the traffic and chaos. We will definitely go back again. Thank you so much for this amazing experience.

We loved the hotel very relaxing and quiet Rooms beautiful and spacious Lots of space on the beach with plenty of comfortable loungers but could do with a top up of new fresh sand. The Italian restaurant amazing best Italian food we have had. The Raffles Club was excellent with great staff. Japanese restaurant was disappointing as expensive and food just ok. We also had to pay a supplement which was refunded after we raised with management who handled it well. We will definitely come back to stay at this lovely hotel.
