First time stay. The staff were awesome and super helpful. My two concerns were: The AC was very loud and operated in bursts that woke me up during the night and the access to the hotel is a little uneasy. Otherwise the hotel is great. I was kindly updgraded for my birthday which is a sweet and kind gesture.

Delightful staff that cant do enough for you. Excellent housekeeping team that are helpful, friendly and take such good care of the rooms and guests. Housekeeping really went above and beyond to clean and organise and it made our trip so much more enjoyable by their attention to detail. They deserve a lot of recognition for the wonderful work they did during our stay. We stayed for a week in a family suite and the rooms were big and spacious and perfect for our little family. Really enjoyed the facilities and the cleanliness of this hotel and would defo recommend to anyone.

When having a shower, it takes long time for the hot water to arrive. This wastes a lot of water as well as the guest’s time. Good to have racks for guests to hang used towels for re-use and to have signs to encourage guests to re-use used towels and use less water.

Loved the pool area and the staff there! The staff at the pool were so friendly and helpful and made you feel welcome!! The check in was great, we were given an upgrade which was very much appreciated! The only issues we had were small things but worth mentioning in case they can be fixed. The shower changed water temperature a lot any time we used it. Also there are no convenient plug ins for our devices, only one plug and it was not in a good location. Overall we had a nice stay and would use this hotel again!

Vi börjar med det som är bra! Väldigt trevlig personal som gick med på att avboka vår vistelse efter en dag. Avråder stark från att bo här då hotellet ligger precis bredvid ett stor byggprojekt. Hotellet är generellt nedslitet och gammalt samt smutsigt. Toaletten läckte när vi checkade in, fönster va inte rensade på flera år och poolen va från 90 talet.
