Location is convenient and self parking make it easier. Friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately check-in was very slow. Very Bad service at breakfast. Room on 10 floor with balcony door that does not close well and you hear every car on the street. Curtains have stains and so does the bed sheet. It would be good if the customer is asked about his feedback during check-out next time :)

Rooms are big with good space, but it is little outdated. Nice breakfast. Good selection for kids and a kids corner at breakfast which is the best part of the hotel. The kids club has no staff, its just a room with few toys. The pool is too basic and small.

The bar and club are right outside the windows. There's no soundproofing from the street, interior doors (!) between adjacent rooms, or from the hallway. Only 2 square meters of rooms are cleaned. The windows are dirty. Construction is everywhere. There's no view of the Burj Khalifa, don't believe the photos. Issue with documents upon check-out; they do whatever they want. The renovation is falling apart, the furniture is falling apart, the bathroom is moldy and has black caulking. If you're staying "for free," it's fine, but if you're paying out of pocket, the price should be at least five times lower. One star only for the pool and the pool staff, as well as the breakfast. Those are the only positive aspects.
