I must give a big shout to staff first, they were very attentive and helpful during my stay. Especially Likhil who was genuinely eager to help and made me feel warmly welcomed the very second I walked into the lobby, honestly a wonderful representative of what I've come to expect when I stay at the Radisson.
Also other staff to mention are Rami Ahmed, the duty Manager, Ahmed Sumy and Emil Marcus the General Manager. They were approcachable, as well as going out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Even at breakfast bringing me decaf Coffee, which wasn't provided by their machines, as soon as I arrived.
The Breakfast too was lovely, with plenty of selection catering for different tastes. The Omelette was definitely worth waiting for.
The private beach was my favourite feature, as you get your own beach towel, plenty choices of sunbeds, staff are easy to get hold of if you want drink or a snack
My room was cosy and i was impressed how clean and modern it was.
The only inconvenience was the beach club 'Feburary 30' directly in front of the hotel. You can hear their music into the early morning. it closes at 2AM Sunday to Thursday and close at 3AM on Friday and Saturday. Although with the balcony door shut, you will hear a muffled continous sound till close time, so it is manageable to sleep.
Without a doubt though I would stay again. The Factilities and the Staff are excellent.
