The hotel shuttle is a REALLY helpful feature especially for guests arriving in the early hours from Australia. I can't help but wonder why rooms aren't made available for travelers arriving before dawn instead of them having to wait around in the lobby for hours for rooms to be cleaned , especially as many flights arrive before dawn and leave the next day before dawn . It is an ' airport hotel' after all Otherwise the hotel is very clean and comfortable and an easy shuttle ride to the airport . The staff were all very friendly and helpful Would definitely stay here again

We arrived in Dubai at 1am and were thinking to get some rest at the airport hotel before we head into the town. Despite getting grumpy over the lack of information on the location and schedule of the hotel shuttle we were happy with the clean room and comfortable bed. Check in was good and staffs were nice and friendly.

Cheap and cheerful inn near the airport. Convenient shuttle service from and to the airport. Bare minimum amenities (no hair conditioner, no lotion, no shampoo). Breakfast buffet offered a good spread with options of European, North American, Indian, middle eastern dishes (additional cost). From my room, I only had a view of the windows to other hotel rooms on the other side of the building. Not a surprise cuz of the location near the airport, but there’s nothing to do/ see in the area. Only stayed 1 night, so it was perfectly comfortable for a quasi layover.
