great location close to all metro, tram, restaurant, mall, taxi but the property had a very sicking sewer smell we complained the manager came by tried to fix it got a little better.

The place was really nice. View from the 39th floor where we stayed was very nice. We had some view of the palm. Not far from The Walk, which was very convenient. Ankush was very friendly and accommodating. I requested universal outlets and hair dryer ahead of time but were not available upon our arrival. But Ankush found way the following day to give us hair dryer and universal outlets as early as 830am. He was really awesome! Only few downfalls i must share. The location was not easy to find. It took us almost an hour to figure our where to park, and how to find ankush. Also, pool doesnt open until 11am and open only until 9pm. We were hoping we could dip in the pool early in the morning before we went on with our day or at least when we get back from a long day. We unfortunately did get to swim in the pool. All in all though, it was a good stay at Pelicanstay JBR-oceanfront.
