A special shoutout to Delia at the childcare centre – she was absolutely fantastic! Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for the children made our stay so much more enjoyable and stress-free. I also want to thank the staff who went above and beyond to help us retrieve our belongings after we accidentally left them in a taxi. Their quick response and dedication truly impressed us and showed how much they value their guests. Overall, the service was exceptional, the facilities were top-notch, and the staff made us feel completely at home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai – you won’t be disappointed!

Excellent service as always with all the staff, front desk team even down to the two ladies at the little shop in the hotel always friendly. Great connections with the shuttle to the beach only 10 mins, rooms are big and clean.
