Really liked how close this property was to the Dubai Airport which made it convenient upon arrival and departure to help avoid long drives in traffic. The staff was very helpful and supportive for any of our needs especially around getting us the best prices for transportation to and from the hotel - whether it was the hotel drivers & cars or just using taxis they always helped us get the best prices. What we didn't like was the actual hotel property felt dated and could definitely use a refresh and remodel to help it feel more current and revitalized.

The room itself was in poor condition – old, dirty, and unpleasantly smelly. The bathroom mirrored this with outdated and unsanitary conditions. It's disheartening to say that this falls far below the standards I would expect, especially for a hotel in Dubai that claims to be a 4 star establishment. I would generously rate it one and a half stars at the most. My stay here was far from the quality I anticipated and not reflective of the usual standards in Dubai's hospitality.

Very convenient for the transportation from Airport and other parts via Metro. Breakfast had a lot of options. Bistro & Vertigo Bar offered good quality food and atmosphere. Just across the Shopping centre with food court.
