We had a very poor experience at this hotel, which I booked through Expedia. The condition of the room was unacceptable (I have video evidence), yet neither Novotel, Accor, nor Expedia took the complaint seriously. Despite repeated escalation, none of them even viewed the evidence I provided. Instead, my complaint was dismissed with irrelevant “cancellation policy” excuses! Even though I was not cancelling anything. We had already stayed there! This shows a huge lack of accountability and guest care. Travellers should be aware that if you face problems, you cannot expect genuine support or resolution from any of these companies. Do not stay here.

Great week at Novotel! Staff new my name and treated me well. I walked the whole neighborhood late at night tons of food options around very safe. Grocery store nearby. Metro across the street . Quick taxis. Location perfect for exploring Dubai. Elephant bar had live music smiley staff willing to serve my particular requests .

Not the worst hotel, but far from the best. The carpets are absolutely disgusting. The shower drain was clogged. The pillows were terrible. They need to invest in cleaning their hotel. But they made the image look good. The area is good, but truly a disgusting room

The room I was assigned had an extremely disgustingly dirty carpet with so many stains on it everywhere. The staff did assist me with showing one other room which had the same issue with the cleanliness
