Great location and also handy to take Abra tours from the jetty on the beach to get some great views of the Palm and surrounding areas. All staff were super friendly and happy to help at all times. Great breakfast too and loved the freshly cooked omelettes! Thanks to Pooja for her service with a smile every morning 😁

I had a wonderful four-night stay here! The breakfast buffet was exceptional—definitely a 10/10. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel truly welcomed. Beach access was fantastic, and the rooftop pool offered stunning views—perfect with a refreshing drink. The location couldn't be better, being close to the mall and right on the beach. I enjoyed taking evening walks along the beach connecting to other hotels, and there are plenty of charming restaurants and ice cream shops nearby. Overall, a truly memorable and enjoyable experience!.

Amazing experience staying at this hotel. There were minor hiccups but everything was handled quickly and properly. I would comeback and stay at this hotel for sure. I felt everyone was always ready to assist. Especially a gentlemen with the name of Jack, that works at the breakfast area, he outshined himself and stood out. Overall my experience was amazing. Can’t wait to comeback!

Good location, sub 10 min walk to the mall albeit very tight walk way side of hotel with a buggy with an exit road from the hotel running next to it. Other than that great hotel. Private beach is 5 mins walk away and has plenty of beds. I had 1 bed apartment - bed is huge and room has all the facilities you would expect other than a bath tub. Hotel was not very helpful or willing when asking for anything outside of what you have paid for. I asked for a room with bathtub but they wanted more money than I paid for my stay and there was no willingness to discount the upgrade.

Really great location, beach clubs, restaurants and a mall across the road. The hotel is beautiful and the staff in all areas are excellent and really friendly.

Worst experience in dubai

It was overbooked. The hotel was so busy we couldn't get in the elevator. We had to take the stairs, but the stairs get you outside the building and then you have to walk 5 minutes to reach the lobby from the street. As Expedia gold member we usually get an upgrade but this time it was impossible and I think we got the worst room in the entire hotel. It was so low and so noisy that we could not sleep for more than 1 hour straight. We asked several time to change room bu nobody seem to care about our request. They told us, we will call you. But never get any call. I would not come back to this hotel never again in my life.
