Govinda housekeeper on floor 20 was an amazing housekeeper, hardworking, respectful, and always attentive to our needs. He greeted us warmly and spoke with kindness and professionalism. Our room and the hallways were always spotless. Truly a very nice gentleman.

The staff are fantastic. Phillip in the dining room was wonderful! The facilities are clean and available. Rooms were large and comfortable, pool was lovely, food was great. Great central location near the metro.

Without a doubt for highlight is the gym which is one of the best equipped that I have seen. The rooms are a bit tired I need some modernisation. The towels are very thin and in some cases were falling apart. The toilet paper was dreadfully thin and awful! Staff were actually very helpful in terms of arranging an extension to my check out, although I did think it was expensive for a few hours.
