Had a wonderful time at the Hotel. The staff at the Reception and Concierge were extremely polite, helpful and friendly. John and Mr. Mallick helped us to explore Dubai and arranged the transport . Breakfast was good with a wide variety of choices and Rahim and Osman very kindly helped us during breakfast. The location was also good with the redline metro close to the Hotel. The room was clean and tidy, however there was no handrails and floor mats in the bathroom, which can be slippery and wet and dangerous for the elderly.

Mary at Risen was excellent in her managing the staff and the rest of the team from Risen to Front Dest to Mohammed at JamJars who I played pool with were all very friendly and service oriented. As a retired hospitality executive I know this stems from the top. The general manager - who I did not meet - must be a great leader as it showed in staff performance. Kudos!
