Very poor operations, humiliating to bring executive guests to the property. Said they’d get their quote lounge available. Then just before my guests arrived couldn’t keep up their end of the offer. Let me get humiliated in front of my CEO guests as they could put some minor food and beverage charges to my room. 🙄

very clean, approachable and professional staff, immediate attention to remedy problems if any, rooms are very nice and comfortable. Loved the bed, super comfy. beautiful SPA . Was able to book a few tours and they were all good tours. having hotel transportation to the malls and the beach was a bonus.
