Mattress is over used, not comfortable at all

Communication with the host was terrible, they are very provocative, complicated, unhelpful, except the guy who came to take the deposit. The mattress was over used and so hard, when I told them they told me «  comfort is a subjective thing!!!! » I stayed there last year and I wrote the same feedback about the mattress and the pillows and since then they didn’t change it, I read a review from another guest about the same issue. The building is nice, location is convenient but the room is depressing, furniture needs to be replaced. Also there is a construction site next door so it’s so noisy even if you close the window.
