The location is perfect. Right across from the beach near restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy and medical clinic. It’s on the 37th floor with spectacular views of the marina and Dubai city, you can even see the beach if you look from the kitchen window sideways. We arrived late but self check in was easy. The only downside was the cleanliness. I felt that it was not done properly when we arrived but they came back mid week and did a better job. In addition, the week we were there, there was renovations being done on the floor above us!! But Dubai is in constant building and renovations. Overall It’s a great place for a family with teenagers. A must, is the Friday brunch at the Movenpick right next door.
