The hotel was nice but the service was not great. At noon we ask to get our room in advance because we didn’t sleep the night before being on a flight from Bangkok to Dubai. The receptionist asked us to come back at 1:00 pm. We came back and only at that moment she called the room cleaners to know where they were at and if they had cleaned the room we were waiting for. She could have asked the cleaners at noon to make sure the room would be ready by one o’clock but she didn’t. We finally got our room at 2 in the afternoon. Not sorry, no smile. Other than that, the hotel was old but well maintained.

“I was really disappointed with the hotel room service during my stay. First, there was no hot water in the shower, which made for a very uncomfortable experience. The TV didn’t work properly either, making it hard to relax in the room. I also requested ice, but they completely forgot about it. Overall, the service was subpar and didn’t meet my expectations. I hope the hotel can address these issues for future guests.”

Everything was good. The room is spacious and the staff helpuful but the club next to the hotel keeps me busy till late at night. So hard to fall asleep early
