The concept of the hotel is brilliant, a novelty being able to travel around by boat. Staff, majority Indian Pakistan super friendly and helpful. Food good but need to book or some restaurants will be booked out by external visitors. There was a fairly long wait to both check in and check out which really takes the edge of a luxury welcome experience.

Beautiful hotel.

The hotel is beautiful, staff are very friendly and efficient, the decor is amazing, as is the location. The Abra’s and buggies are great. The beach and waves are fantastic. Breakfast and dinner were lovely (Timothy was particularly helpful and friendly). Will definitely stay again if we visit Dubai again.

Jumeirah Al Qasr is an amazing oasis of a hotel, our go to in Dubai. The staff are attentive, courteous and always happy to see you. The restaurants are fabulous, quality of the food is excellent. The hotel itself is exceptional, beautifully designed. The Abra’s, the waterways add a touch of charm that just soothes the senses. Highly recommended.

My mom and I stayed at Jumeirah Al Qasr in Dubai and had a fantastic time; I can't recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with excellent service from the staff, who always wore big smiles. The managers were attentive and accommodating, ensuring that our stay was enjoyable. The amenities were top-notch, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy everything the hotel offered, especially the stunning views. We enjoyed spending time in the lounge, where the beautiful piano music enhanced the excellent ambiance. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that we hope to repeat.
