This was my second stay at JA Ocean View Hotel, and once again the experience was exceptional. The hotel consistently delivers a high standard of comfort, service and professionalism, making it a place I return to with complete confidence. Particular recognition is due to Mostafa. On arrival, he remembered me from a previous stay. Nothing makes a guest feel more valued than being recognised and welcomed back in this way. He made checking in super easy. I arrived with an injury and was travelling alone. Mostafa was exceptionally helpful in ensuring that I was comfortable and supported throughout my stay. His assistance was thoughtful, discreet and genuinely kind, and made a significant difference to my experience. JA Ocean View Hotel, and in particular Mostafa, continues to set a benchmark for quality.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in JBR, Dubai. The location is absolutely amazing—right in the heart of JBR with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and everything the area has to offer. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and high-quality options. The staff truly stood out throughout our stay. We visit every year, and the service just keeps getting better and better. The front desk team was super friendly and welcoming, and we really appreciated the room upgrade upon check-in, which made the experience even better. The concierge was also very helpful, always ready to assist with recommendations and arrangements. Overall, the service was outstanding, and the combination of great staff, comfort, and location made this a consistently memorable stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will continue to return.

The room was good and staff were friendly. Only issues were that water was not consistently hot for showering, there was a significant period of time on the day we arrived that we could not use the water meaning that we could not shower or use the toilet and we were advised on another day that the lifts would be unavailable due to a scheduled fire drill.

Very good hotel right in the heart of JBR. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice heated pool with good towel and beach bag service. 3 minute walk to JBR beach for sunbathing as pool is in shade most of the day. Good food options available with a great sports bar.

Whilst the room was a little tired (the shower was in the bath and some of the furniture was marked, with drawers not operating properly) it was okay. Cleaning was good and breakfast was excellent. Unfortunately, the pool didn’t get the sun (mid-November), but the hotel provides beach towels and sun brollies f.o.c.

Clean room and fresh towels every day. Staff very friendly and helpful. Didn’t have food in hotel so cannot comment. Pool area doesn’t get the sun.
