Functional stay for a business trip where one doesnt spend too much time in the small rooms. The rooms themselves are not cleaned very well, the rug is musty, there is dirt and dust in most nooks, the shower pressure is very low and the house-keeping service is very inefficient and inconsitent. There were days where I had to ask them to restock towels and water bottles. On the flip side, the front desk with Salma and team is very efficient and friendly and went out of their way to assist me whenever needed. Special mention for Faheem who went the extra mile to help me recover my camera bag that I had forgotten in a cab on the day of my check-in. Kudos for that.

Good location and staff were excellent. Breakfast was good as well. Rooms maintainace can be improved and the shower water flow was too weak. Worst was the sink, could barely wash my hands under the sink as the tap was too short.

Great Hotel In Deira

Lovely clean hotel that is very conveniently located to the airport, the metro, and a large shopping centre. Staff were amazing and let us checkin early so we could shower and get on with our busy schedule. We arrived by metro as it is only a five minute walk away and is significantly cheaper than a taxi or Uber to transfer to and from the airport. The shopping centre is literally across the road and has plenty of shopping and dining options. It was cheaper to stay here instead of a more trendy part of Dubai but very easy to get around thanks to the metro. Would definitely stay here again.

1) I am so sure I booked my beakfast included abut hotel did not give me breakfast instead they tgried to sell it at chck in 125 usd per night Ibisi hotel would normally include breakfast?? 2) Dubai is a conference and event city; as a delegate I check out in the morning kept my luggage at the hotel and returned to hotel in the evening to pick up my luggage for airport. However I needed to change my suite clothes to casual ones and hotel didnt give me any secure place to change they made me oue WC to change my clothes! A delegate guest paying 260 usd for 2 nights and that is all the favro they can do??

Cons There was a leak issue in the toilet. Also the key cards did not work all the time so it was inconvenient to keep heading to front desk to reset. It was noisy as the housekeeping would vacuum the halls at 8 am and lots of external noises as well. Pros The hotel was in a great location and breakfast was decent
