Overall experience was excellent. My only disappointment was that there is no microwave in the room. I ordered room service on several occasions and unless you eat it all right now , if it goes cold then you are on your own. I would have enjoyed the opportunity to warm my food and not toss it away because it’s cold.

I have to warn travelers, the location of this hotel is misleading. It is shown as 19 min walking distance from Dubai Fountain at Hotels.com and we chose it because of this. We found out that it is in fact 1 hr 33 min. Although I warned both Hilton and Hotels.com, the location info is still wrong at Hotels.com. We were suffered and Hotel refused to compensate it.

I had an amazing experience at the property. From hospitality to good food they got it covered. The pool at the property is well maintained and the water temperature is well controlled. The icing on the cake is their wonderful Chef Nadaf and their Pastry Chef who served us wonderful Tiramisu at their Restaurant Rio along with Juicy Pizza. They took care of our dietary preference as well and cooked us soecial meal everyday. I will definitely recommend this place.

Hotel is good. Breakfast options were standard but good. The staff seems clueless and also during check out the receptionist was rude. For a Hilton, customer service wasn’t there. Had an house keeping issue. Also there’s no metro! That was the biggest downside of staying here and it’s not cheap staying here either.
