The room was very clean and was bright with large windows, as I prefer. The tidal river leading to Business Bay was right across the street and offered access to the pedestrian path along the river. Staff were very responsive. The lobby isn't much, but the cafe/restaurant offers a spacious place to hang out as well as the pool level.The pool is a great place to hang out for those who like sun; it is long enough but not really deep enough (at least 1 m in its full length) to support easy lap swimming. The breakfast buffet was decent and offered a variety of culturally distinct breakfast food to eat.

It’s a New hotel and very clean. The staff were super polite, welcoming and helpful. The front desk staff unloaded and loaded our large baggage in the taxi during arrival and departure. Breakfast was excellent and hospitality of the staff in the dinning area was great.

All staff - Reception, housekeeping, P2 staff - were all very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Hotel lobby, room, hallway, elevator were all very clean and well maintained. P2 buffet always served the best breakfast every morning and had good dinner menus.
