We truly appreciated the cleanliness, safety, central location, and the beautiful views your hotel offers. The facilities and modern technologies throughout the hotel were also impressive. However, I would like to bring to your attention two important issues we encountered: 1. Bathroom Design Concern: The bathroom in our room has a sliding aluminum gate that does not fully seal the area. As a result, water from the shower easily flows out into the corridor. Unfortunately, this caused a serious safety issue—our baby slipped and fell on her back twice due to the wet floor. I strongly urge you to take corrective measures to prevent such incidents in the future. A proper seal or threshold could greatly improve the situation. 2. Deposit Policy Clarification: After paying the full amount for our stay, we were asked to deposit an additional $500 as a safety deposit. We were not clearly informed of the reason or purpose for this charge in advance. I kindly request clarification on this policy. Despite these issues, we had an overall pleasant experience, and I appreciate the service provided by your staff. Thank you for your attention to these matters.
