Located very near the airport & close to the city activities which is convenient. The bar attached to the hotel was very enjoyable - the staff & management in the bar were all very nice & friendly. The pricing is also very good versus eating out of the hotel. Beers are very well priced. Overall the hotel was good but the breakfast variety needs more options for westerners - catered too much for Asian clientele despite a lot of western clientele. Option of fried eggs would be nice. If I return to Dubai I would stay there again.

The hotel looked nothing like the pictures. My room looked nothing like the one l chose. When l complained l was told the room l was in was larger than most. Airport shuttle was hard to find from directions given. Bathroom outdated and tub so deep it was difficult to climb in. One day there was no hot water until late afternoon and staff did not advise there was a problem until l called to complain. House keeping was great, very attentive.

Lovely hotel, with clean spacious room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with a large varietybof options. The evening buffet was superb and a very reasonable price. The only complaint I had is that my room was on the 1st floor and the window was only a few feet away from the outside bar. So there were a couole of noisy nights. Other than that it was faultless.

Check in was good and efficient, they put our 2 rooms as interconnecting. Check out bad no quick drop box. Lovely service for dinner and breakfast buffet. Good location for the airport although the transfers are not regular enough and take 45 mins to terminal 1 via terminal 3 so we got a taxi (only 30dh).
