Lovely clean comfortable hotel reception staff were very helpful and efficient close to airport with shuttle bus that is free, rooftop pool with glass bottom was lovely with fantastic views across Dubai. Breakfast was ample with adequate choices Will definitely stay again

This hotel is a complete SCAM. Don’t be fooled by the photos; the rooms are far from 5-star hotel quality. I booked a Deluxe room through Hotels.com, but there wasn’t even enough space to turn around in the bathrooms. The rooms were so congested that the showers opened directly into the bedrooms, and the water kept splashing into the room after each shower. As a result, you’ll end up mopping the room every day. The duty manager, ALAA, was rude and unhelpful. Overall, this is the worst hotel, and the service was equally terrible.
