A wonderfully run excellent value for money hotel!

All credit to the owners and management of this hotel: it is extremely well run. The staff are absolutely delightful and attentive in all departments — a word of thanks to the friendly and first rate service I received from Mary, Nancy, Hanan, and Rajaa at Reception, Alexandra and Rista at the Concierge station, and Jessa in the breakfast room: all stars! The hotel rooms are outstanding, particularly for a business traveller: quiet ac, excellent bed linen and mattress, a spacious bathroom with quality towels and amenities, great water pressure in the shower and good room sound proofing. Breakfast very good and the rooftop pool and restaurant top it off. Many thanks for a lovely and productive stay to all the hotel staff I interacted with.

We went there with my family , employees & friends to have New Years Eve. We chose the Executive Suite and it was amazing . Dining Room near lobby was really amazing since all servers are professional , friendly & all smiling with their great food & beverages services! Food was yummy especially their breakfast buffet . Front Desk is good but can’t really speak good English and one guy receptionist was arrogant & rude . But this was the worst experience we had , NEVER TRY TO BOOK YOUR TOUR on that HOTEL because they scammed us . We booked our tour paid almost $7,500 US Dollar for a trip good for 6pax , unfortunately Rashid the guy who made all these reservations and bookings , was scammed in the 1st tour . New Years Eve they booked us to “ TOUR OF DUBAI” like having a dinner at the boat and watching the fire works at the Burj Khalifa , they charged us almost $2,400 for 6 pax only for dinner and we went to the place to check in , and at the entrance in front of people they said we are not on the guests list and can’t go inside the boat for New Years Eve . My kids are frustrated , I terribly got mad , shameful to other guests and we looks like stupid to them because in a long que our names wasn’t there on the list . We called the Tour Agent in Grand Cosmopolitan and not answering . Theres one Filipino Manager allowed us to go inside because he saw the kids was very frustrated . They put us to the worst spot and we didn’t really enjoy the food & services .Be careful , Scammers
