Room was clean and the staff was at hand to clean it everyday. Welcoming staff [Raj] was very welcoming. Raj helped to order taxis whenever we needed one. Overall we were satisfied with everything at Vintage Grand.

This is a formidable hotel, with all the features you need for a wonderful stay. It is located very close to Dubai's major attractions, including the airport. This property has several restaurants with a wide variety of exquisite cuisine. All areas are spotless and the rooms are dreamy, but the most wonderful thing about this hotel stay is its staff. Everyone is extremely attentive, respectful, pleasant, but above all, friendly and smiling. I want to end this review by directly thanking a few people who made my stay at the hotel spectacular. I had a great experience from the guess at the door, very professional and I felt welcoming. My room was cleaned, no complain, the breakfast daily had multiple options and was delicious. There are local stores and a mall at walking distance. Which I visited 2x by walking. The staffs at the reception are nice and helpful.

I loved everything about this place... Only wish if they give us more than 1 towel per person per day... we had 4 people, 4 towels and that is it. We asked for more and they said no.

the Hotel in general was lovely and befitting of 5 stars however it is not in the best location, and there were a few things that didn’t sit right. We had to ask for a bed to be put in our room for our daughter, despite the fact the room was booked for 3 people! I had to ask twice to get the bed as well which didn’t aid my mood. The other thing that grated was that they wouldn’t provide an airport shuttle more than 24hrs in advance, saying they didn’t have the manpower therefore we had to get a taxi.
