The room is very spacious, with a beautiful view. Everything is clean. All the staff are very polite and attentive. Perfect location, close to everything. My family and I loved staying at this hotel. I highly recommend it. I think there could be a microwave in the room.

The hotel would and should receive 5 stars, but when it takes more an hour to wait for an elevator to go down or up it's ridiculous. I was on the 43rd floor and had towalk down 31 flights of steps. The experience was great the people in the lobby were amazing.

We were given a room on the top accommodation floor (71) with a very wide view. It was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were very obliging. Unfortunately we couldn't see too much of the view as the air was very dusty. We ate at the restaurant for lunch one day and the meal was very nice. The only slight negative was that there is often a wait for the elevator, the three of which that serve the upper floors are quite small.

Actually the breakfast was not free or cheap . I paid 25$ a person. It was good food and clean . The room was dirty and the hotel after all was not the best , just weird. Room cleaning wasn’t the best . The elevator takes for ever to come down because it’s almost 73 levels . Consider that . Also I booked in November n the room was not cheap as I paid over 200$ a night. Check out rotana across the street . Way better

Room was good but I sent an message to hotel from Expedia but no one replied on that. Hair dryer was not inside the room but they provided it after asking. And they provided only two coffee mugs also in two bedroom suite so I need to ask extra coffee mug as well. Pool area was really good with Burj khalifa view.

This hotel is great for convenience in central Dubai.The king room with views of the Dubai skyline and Burj Khalifa was great even though the bathroom was a bit dated I appreciated the views . In the daytime the windows on the 60th floor was so dusty but at nights I slept with the curtains open because the views were incredible. The breakfast buffet seemed adequate but the guests had left the buffet stations untidy so I did not try much of what was being offered. The pool was refreshingly after a long hot day and the views of the Burj was lovely.

The hotel was excellent in terms of the room — very comfortable and well-maintained. We stayed on a half-board basis; while dinner was convenient, the menu differed from the paid restaurant options on the other floors. The lifts, serving over 72 floors, were quite slow, but the location near the metro was a big plus. The view could have been better, as the windows on the 69th floor needed cleaning. Overall, the staff were great in every area. I would definitely stay again, but probably with breakfast only next time.
