The hotel staff is as pleasant as ever - however one of the Four Points’ jewels, the 43 Floor bar is currently closed for refurbishment. What a pity - I had been looking forward to marvel at Burj Khalifa at sunset . . .

Very good situation, between Burj Khalifa and the museum of Future, on the main road in the center of the action. The roof top wasn'T open, so no pictures from the top, and no pool possible.

Four Points by Sheraton in Dubai never disappoints. We’ve stayed here multiple times and each experience has been consistently excellent. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and professional — they really go out of their way to make guests feel welcome. The rooms are spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is also ideal, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and major attractions. Whether for business or leisure, this hotel remains one of our favorites in Dubai. Highly recommended!

Hotel stay was very good. Only mistake I made asked the Hotel about Tours. Dont get ur ticket from the hotel for Burj Kahlifa. They Charge very high price. You can get the ticket at the Mall for cheap or buy online. Another thing is that where the hotel located is not good if ur taking taxi or uber. They have to go in a circle to get to the road and its traffic so u will end up pay more for the ride. Other then that Hotel is clean and very comfortable.
