We had an amazing stay! Check in went very smooth, everone is very friendly and super helpful. The appartment itself is absolutely gorgeous! Kitchen, living room, bathroom and 1 bedroom. Everything was very clean and fresh, if we needed anything extra in the room we could always call reception and they will bring it up to the room. Gym is also very nice, lots of equipment and very spacious. We would for sure stay here again!

The apartment was very clean, neat, and recently renovated. The staff were friendly. It is a bit far from downtown, so it’s best to rent a car, though the metro is also an option. A lot of grocery stores, malls and restaurants around. Overall, it’s a good fit for families looking for an extended stay with spacious rooms.

Just returned from 5 days stay at Expo. We had a 2 bed apartment which was clean, modern and very practical. It has a Metro next to it for those without cars. Outdoor pool and gym extra bonus. I would return again in the future.

The area was beautiful but unfortunately the property had roaches and we informed the property who informed us they will have management contact us and pest control come to the apartment. The first day we arrived, roaches were everywhere and we were moved to the apartment across and I let them know that we were not comfortable being so close to where the other apartment was. On several occasions we found roaches roaming the halls and finally we found several Roaches in our apartment. The staff came in and took a video and nothing else was done. No pest control was done and management did not bother speaking with us at all. Very disappointing.

Seen that the hotel is in the middle of the expo site . They don't even provide complimentary water in the rooms , the towels in our room were stained. The metro station is right at the hotel, so all those with rooms ending with odd numbers would get distributed from 6am to midnight . I found the reception staff unfriendly and more focused on policy than customer satisfaction. Personally not a place i would stay again , not even for free .
