Great hotel stay. Excellent service from everyone from front desk to rooms staff. Special thank you to Imane, Meriem. Omar and Mouad for their outstanding service. They went far and beyond to accommodate our needs and made our stay in Dubai memorable. Well done Moroccan team The only thing that baffled us is the lack of the power outlet for the hair dryer in the bathroom. To do your hair, you have to get it dry in the bedroom or sitting area, risking waking up your partner and leaving hair everywhere. Weird!!!

The hotel was spotless, staff are wonderful. So friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our room was great, beautiful view and had all amenities we needed. Comfortable bed and a great shower. Didn’t use the mini bar, although bottled water was free. Breakfast was excellent, great variation. The breakfast service was smooth and flawless every time. I can’t fault the staff or service at all. Location wise it was perfect - right outside was the marina promenade with plenty of food options. Next door was the marina mall and only 10 mins walk was JBR beach. Plenty of shops and food options there too. 5 mins to the nearest tram and metro station made it easy to get to popular areas and attractions without having to use a taxi, we even used it to get to the airport after our stay. My ONLY critique is the pool. Quite a small area and shaded most of the day due to the surrounding buildings so only used it once. Would have been nice to sunbathe there rather than having to go to the beach and pay for beds. (Sun loungers 50 odd quid for 2 for the day.) That being said though, I would defo recommend this hotel.

Exceptional Service at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina and was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding quality of service provided by the staff. We were a little disappointed with our stay here in Dubai. After visiting before and staying in a different hotel we expected a really high level of service, we also just travelled from Oman where the customer service was phenomenal. We found the staff to be unhelpful and dismissive, our room overlooked a building site which was extremely noisy. Considering this was a special occasion as we were celebrating our honeymoon which the hotel was aware off it wasn't a great start. When I return to Dubai I would not stay here again as I expected more.
