All the facilities are clean and well maintained. Beds are super comfortable with quality sheets. Beach is at the back of hotel, with sun deck chairs and bar service. Pool is amazing with spa and activities. Staff are super helpful and nice. Buffets are 5 star with quality food and variety.

The staff make this experience, whether this is the house keeping staff, the restaurant staff or the front office staff, they are there to help ensure that your stay is pleasant and problem free. The only downside is the construction work happening adjacent to the hotel.

From start to finish, our stay couldn't be faulted. The staff were incredibly helpful, professional and friendly. The hotel itself was beautiful and clean and was a short walk from the marina and JBR, filled with restaurants. We used the spa, pool and kids club which was great. I frequently called to ask for baby milk, expecting to get charged at check out, but they didn’t! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Firstly I want to say the hotel and resort is beautiful, one of my favourite in Dubai. A special thank you to your staff, especially Raneem who was excellent! Also another thank you to the restaurant staff member Thomas who was very good! Great suggestions on food and very good overall in his service. Please ensure his management at the restaurant know how good of a staff member he is.

Perfect stay. The only issue was with taxi. The concierge try hard to convince using the hotel taxi that was almost double the price. Except for this it is really great place to stay
