Counter staff not swift with handeling spills. We took the I Tia tube to notify fellow costumers of massive spill. Counter staff story telling with clean up staff. We put many napkins on the floor to avoid slippage. We asked for help 3 times. To which counter staff, I took care of it. Have some patience. Breakfast room was full. Cleaning staff who she was talking too finally came: 10 minutes. Lawsuit waiting to happen. Safety first.

We were greeted by a very friendly associate who helped us and had easy conversations with. The design, inside and out, was clean and welcoming. Our room was very comfortable and clean. There was a variety of breakfast foods both hot and cold with dietary options. Everything we ate was good! If ever in the area I would book a room here again without a second thought.

Everything started up well. Until 12:15 am when we got a sudden call that woke us from our sleep. It was the front desk, wondering if we were in our room. That was really strange and unprofessional. They had given us keys when we checked in and then in the middle of the night, they woke us from sleep. About an hour after that while we were still trying to get back to sleep, the toddler was running back-and-forth across the floor above us. Which was not a big deal. Just difficult to sleep when we’ve already fallen asleep and then then awaken.
