Pool and Hot Tub Closed

Pool and Hot Tub closed, individuals very excited about swimming in pool on cool days. Pool was closed for our whole stay. Staff were excellent and made the best of situation. There was a lack of staff for pontoon boat rides and staff went out of there way to arrange staff. Staff, Dave was outstanding and spent time talking with individuals and make them feels welcomed.

Great Staff !! Facilities not open ( Pool and Tub

The staff are great a Resort, pool and hot tub not open. The reason we come to this resort is that it is great for people we support with brain injury or development disability. There was not enough staff on duty and booking a pontoon boat ride was not the easiest. Staff went out of their way to try and support our individuals needs. Staff were so understanding and individuals commented on how nice everyone was. We will be back, it would have been nice if we could have received a heads up about pool. A special thanks to Dave, one amazing staff.
