So eine schlechte Unterkunft habe ich noch nie gesehen!

Nach meiner Anreise und Begutachtung des Objektes habe ich gravierende Mängel festgestellt, so dass mir ein weiterer Aufenthalt nicht möglich war. Ich führe (nur) einige der Mängel auf: - Wassereintritt durch das Dach, dadurch bedingt Wasseransammlungen auf dem Fußboden im Toilettenraum und auf den Schränken im Flur - weitere, vereinzelte Wasserflecken bzw feuchte Stellen an der Decke - fleckige / schmutzige Bezüge auf den Sitzgelegenheiten - schmutzige Tischdecken - defekte Duschkabinentür - defekte Duschkabine / Glaswand mit Panzerband geklebt - schimmelige Decke in der Duschkabine - schimmelige / schmutzige Abdeckung des Wasserdampfabzugs in der Dusche - verkalkter, schmutziger Duschkopf - Unterschrank vom Waschbecken - Bodenbrett verschimmelt und aufgequollen, außerdem mit Sicherheit Mäusebefall, da Ansammlung von Mäusekot - feuchte Stellen an den verschiedenen Holzverkleidungen - Schimmel an verschiedenen Holzbalken (Ständerwerk) und Türrahmen - schmutziger Teppichbelag - Verunreinigungen zwischen Heizkörper und Wand - unaufgeräumter Außenbereich und defekte Tischplatte, gemeint ist der Sitzbereich mit Grill und Sonnenschirm (eher wie eine "Müllkippe") - "abenteuerliche" Verlegung einer Stromleitung im Flurbereich - Heizkörper im Schlafzimmer ohne Bedienknopf, somit nicht einstellbar - Toilettenraum ohne Waschbecken (äußerst unhygienisch) - insgesamt ist das Haus in einem sehr unhygienischen Gesamtzustand - zusammengewürfeltes Mobiliar / Sitzgelegenheiten abgenutzt und
