Great apartment near Elbepark

Excellent price for a comfortable apartment in Dresden. The friendly owner Jörg lives upstairs and was always available to help us. Good location near restaurants, grocery, bakeries and tram/bus stops. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Dresden.

Wohlfühloase

Wir haben uns in der gepflegten und mit allen Notwendigkeiten ausgestatteten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Prima Ausstattung für Selbstversorger. Die bereitgestellten Räder waren top und haben uns Fahrten ins kulturelle Zentrum aber auch in die Umgebung ermöglicht. Unser Gastgeber war immer für uns da und in der Wohnung haben wir reichlich Info- Material für Unternehmungen gefunden. Schöne Wohnung mit tollem Garten

Perfekte Lage sowohl für die Erkundung von Dresden als auch für Trips ins Umland mit der S-Bahn. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und auch bei der Ausstattung hat es uns an nix gefehlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter!

Sehr zu empfehlen

Wir waren rundherum zufrieden in der kleinen, sauberen und liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung. Dank der zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrräder und der guten Erreichbarkeit der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel konnten wir ganz auf Fahrten mit unserem Auto verzichten. Der Hinweis auf die Nutzung des Hofes durch eine kleine Kindertagesstätte ist wichtig. Und hat das Spielen der Kinder überhaupt nicht gestört.

Die Kommunikation war gut und ausreichend. Die Küche war mit allem, was man braucht. An den Strassenlärm muss man sich erst gewöhnen, aber dann geht es. Der Preis ist angemessen.

Goldene Herbsttage

Wir haben uns in der schlichten aber gemütlichen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und sind von unseren Besichtigungstouren sehr gerne "nach Hause" gekommen. Die Wohnung liegt super und wir haben bis auf die Anreise und Abreise alles mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gemacht! Es waren schöne Tage für uns und für 2 Personen ist die Wohnung super. Tolle Wohnung für die Erkundung von Dresden und Umland

Ich kann mich meinen Vorgängern nur anschließen. Die Wohnung ist sowohl funktional als auch sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt nichts!!! Obwohl sie ganz in der Nähe der Autobahn liegt, ist sie schön ruhig und bildet damit den optimalen Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung ostdeutscher Schönheiten, wie Dresden und Umgebung.
