Lovingly Renovated House with a Large Garden in Dresden
This spacious and lovingly refurbished house in Dresden is perfect for families and small groups. In addition to the high-quality new kitchen, the house features a separate dining room, a living room, a bathroom, a guest bathroom, and three bedrooms. The large garden features a covered outdoor terrace, a grill, bike racks, and a pond. The house is available exclusively to you. This means you’ll have the entire house to yourselves—whether you’re travelling with your family or a group—without any other residents or guests.
On the upper floor, there are three newly furnished bedrooms. Two bedrooms have double beds (one 2.00 m wide, one 1.60 m wide). The third bedroom has two single beds. The bedrooms can be darkened with roller shades. There are TVs in one bedroom (with the 2.00 m-wide bed) and in the living room. These two TVs, as well as the tablet integrated into the kitchen, have Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus, and YouTube Premium. Free Wi-Fi is available in the house.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and a spacious refrigerator and freezer. A toaster and a kettle are also available.
Bed linens, bath towels, and hand towels, as well as final cleaning, are included in the price.
There is a private parking space in front of the house that you can use.
The house is located in a quiet residential area. Within 5 minutes by car, you can reach one of Dresden’s largest shopping centers (Elbepark). Within 15 minutes by car, you can reach the Frauenkirche, the Semperoper, Dresden Castle, or the Golden Rider. You can also reach the city centre quickly by public transport (20 minutes). The bus stop is 400 metres away, and the tram stop is 1 kilometre away. Buses and trams run frequently here. You’re also welcome to cycle into town via the nearby Elbe Cycle Path.
The house is also well-located for wine lovers, as the wine-growing regions of Meissen and Radebeul—including Wackerbarth Castle—are nearby. We also recommend a visit to the Meissen Porcelain Manufactory. For fans of Western and Native American stories, a detour to the Karl May Museum—just 5 minutes away—is well worth it. The beautiful Saxon Switzerland region is easily accessible by boat or car for hiking, climbing, and relaxation. Thanks to the house’s excellent highway access, day trips to Berlin, the Spreewald, the Lusatian Lakes, Leipzig, or Prague are also easy to arrange.
Children feel right at home here. The large garden with its child-safe pond offers plenty of space to play and run around outdoors. Upon request, we’re happy to provide a cot and a high chair. For our very youngest guests, we can provide a changing table upon request. For outings with children, we recommend the popular park railway in Dresden’s Großer Garten, a visit to the Arnholdbad near the Gläserne Manufaktur, the interactive Technical Collections with all kinds of physics experiments, and a trip on the Lößnitzgrundbahn to Moritzburg Castle.
