Front desk clerk was friendly enough but offered no info on the hotel, elevator location, etc. Room was mostly clean but we did find a good few hairs that weren’t ours along with a fry in the heater. Not many TV channels worked and the wifi only allowed one device at a time. Restaurant staff were friendly but the food was bland and overpriced.

The washroom had black mold on the corner of the tub, a bath mat that was stained and dirty, the toilet seat was cracked up and the tiles were not very clean and some were cracked. I had planned on getting a nice relaxing bath but a very quick shower was all I could think of having. There was some snow during my stay and the ramp for the walkway was very slippery as well. The room itself seemed clean but dry heat and the sheets had a lot of static. For almost $200 a night for a weekday, off season stay I left disappointed.
