The staff was very helpful. The property lobby is under renovation so a little tricky to find our way to makeshift lobby. Upon arrival I was told that the 2 queen room I had booked and secured had been given away for a cheerleader competition & nothing could be done. I was then told I had a King premium room with a pull out couch. Arrived in the room to find a king bed and a chair. Went back to the make shift reception area, to be told "I don't know what to tell you, I'm sorry, I can offer you a discount but there are no other rooms." The attendant offered to have extra bedding brought up so that we could make a sleeping area on the floor. After leaving to go to our event we came back to discover only one blanket and one pillow had been dropped off. The same attendant was working and brought in two mattress pads and bedding. Let me add here she was very kind! At checkout, I was asked how the stay was as the lady working the checkout was aware of what happened. She apologized again, said she did not know why but whoever was working the day before gave the room to someone else and shouldn't have. She did say that no discounts had been added to my stay so she cancelled out the valet fee, which was $66.
The Paramount itself was clean, staff was incredibly nice & tried their best to remedy an unfortunate situation
